The time/current characteristic curve depends on the ambient
temperature prevailing. In order to eliminate nuisance tripping.
Please multiply the circuit breaker current ratings by the derating
factor shown below.
Example : Normal Continuous Current = 10A Ambient Temperature =
45°C Multiplication Factor = 0.85 Recommended Rating=
10A/0.85=11.8A

Description
Circuit breaker is also called overload protector. It works by the
principle of electric heating. It is selected according to the
rated current of the equipment, generally 1.1-1.5 times. When the
current exceeds the rated current of electricity, the related
circuit is automatically disconnected to protect Lines, electrical
appliances and upstream power sources will not catch fire due to
current overload and heat generation.
